Fix SEO Issues: One Problem, One Fixed Price

Something specific is broken on your site. You do not need a monthly contract for that. You need it found and fixed.

Most SEO problems are one of three things

Something breaks, nobody can tell you what, and the traffic goes quiet. The job is finding which one you have.

  1. Something breaks

A redirect, a tag, a template change, an update. Usually small, usually invisible from the front end.

  2. ?

    Nobody can tell you what

The site looks fine. Search Console shows warnings nobody can read. Guesses get expensive fast.

  3. It gets found and fixed

The cause gets identified from evidence, fixed at the source, and you get told what it was so it does not happen again.

Not sure which stage your site is stuck at? A 20 minute review will tell you, at no cost and with no obligation.
Tell me what is broken

Not every SEO problem needs a monthly plan.

Sometimes one thing is broken.

Your pages will not show up in Google. Your traffic dropped last month and nobody can say why. Six of your pages are fighting each other for the same search. A site move went wrong.

You do not need a monthly contract for that. You need someone to find the cause and fix it.

That is what this page is. One problem. One fixed price. One deadline.

And if the real answer is that you need ongoing work, I will tell you that instead of selling you a fix that will not last.

The Honest Version: When a One-Off Fix Is the Wrong Thing to Buy

Let me say this first. It saves us both a wasted job.

When the fix genuinely works

When the problem is mechanical.

A redirect pointing at a dead page. Schema that never worked. Pages Google looked at and chose not to keep. A title that has said 2019 for four years.

These all have a cause. The cause can be found. And once it is fixed, it stays fixed.

Most of what looks like a mysterious ranking problem is one of these.

When it does not

When your site is simply not good enough yet. If your pages are thinner than everyone above you, no technical fix changes that. Fixing the plumbing shows the problem. It does not solve it. I would rather say that before you pay than after.

And when the same thing keeps breaking. If your pages fall over every few months, the fix is not the answer. Whatever keeps breaking them is.

What I will tell you on the call

Which of those three you are in.

If one fix will do it, I will quote you for that fix. If it will not, I will say so and point you at monthly work instead. Sometimes I will tell you to spend the money somewhere else entirely.

Indexing and Crawling

If Google cannot read it or will not keep it, nothing else you do matters.

Pages not indexing

Search Console says “Crawled – currently not indexed”, or your new pages never show up at all. I find out why Google is turning them down, instead of resubmitting and hoping.

From $299

Pages dropped out of the index

Content that used to rank and has quietly vanished from Google.

From $299

Sitemap and robots.txt errors

Sitemaps that fail, list the wrong URLs, or are blocked by a rule nobody remembers adding.

From $149

Crawl budget waste

Thousands of junk pages using up Google’s time before it ever reaches the pages that matter.

From $349

Removing pages from Google

Pages you need out of Google properly, instead of deleted and left broken.

From $149

New site not appearing

A site that has been live for weeks and still returns nothing for its own brand name.

From $199

Site Health and Technical Fixes

The mechanical problems. These have causes, and causes can be found.

Broken links and 404 cleanup

Dead internal links, 404s with traffic, and links pointing at URLs that never existed.

From $149

Redirect audit

Chains, loops, redirects into 404s, and rules that look correct in the plugin and do nothing.

From $199

Site migration

A domain, platform or URL change done without losing what you have already earned.

From $599

Duplicate content and canonicals

The same content on several URLs, or canonical tags pointing at the wrong page.

From $249

Core Web Vitals

Failing LCP, INP or CLS, fixed at the cause rather than with a caching plugin.

From $399

Mobile usability errors

Search Console flagging problems on the version of your site that most people actually use.

From $199

HTTPS and www canonicalisation

Your site opens on four different web addresses, which splits its strength four ways.

From $149

Hreflang and international targeting

The wrong country or language version showing up, or none of them showing up.

From $399

Recovery

When something has gone wrong and you need to know what, quickly.

Traffic drop diagnosis

Rankings fell and nobody can say why. I find out whether it was an update, a change you made, or something else.

From $299

Core update recovery

A drop that lines up with a Google update, and a plan that is not just “write better content”.

From $599

Manual action removal

A penalty in Search Console, the cause fixed, and the reconsideration request written properly.

From $599

Toxic backlink audit

An honest look at your links, and a disavow file only if you really need one.

From $349

Hacked site and spam cleanup

Injected pages, pharma spam, cloaked content and Japanese keyword hacks, removed and kept out.

From $699

Negative SEO assessment

Whether someone is really attacking you, or whether something else explains the drop.

From $299

Content and Structure

Usually where the ranking actually lives, and where most audits never look.

Keyword cannibalisation

Several of your pages are chasing the same search, so none of them wins it. I find them, merge them, and point the old links at the winner.

From $349

Thin content and pruning

Working out what to keep, improve, merge or delete, based on what actually earns.

From $399

Internal linking audit

Pages nothing links to, pages that link nowhere, and all your strength stuck on the homepage instead of reaching the pages that sell.

From $299

Title and meta rewrite

High impressions, almost no clicks. Usually the title Google displays is not the one you think it is.

From $199

Content refresh

Posts that used to rank and have decayed, updated at the parts that actually matter.

From $249

Content gap analysis

What your competitors cover that you do not, ordered by what is worth writing.

From $299

Local and Google Business Profile

For anyone people phone, visit, or search for with a place name attached.

Google Business Profile setup

Categories, service areas, attributes and photos, set up properly the first time.

From $199

Profile suspended or reinstated

A suspension diagnosed and the reinstatement handled.

From $399

Map pack ranking fix

Ranking in organic results but nowhere in the three map listings that take most of the calls.

From $299

Duplicate listings

More than one profile for one business, splitting your reviews and your ranking.

From $199

NAP and citation cleanup

Your name, address and phone number saying different things across the web.

From $249

Local landing pages

Real pages for the areas you actually serve, not one page with the place name swapped.

From $499

AI Search, Schema and Rich Results

The newer half of search, where most sites have done nothing at all.

Schema markup implementation

Structured data written by hand to describe what your business genuinely is.

From $249

Schema errors

Validation errors in Search Console, or rich results that appeared once and stopped.

From $149

Featured snippet capture

Going after the answer boxes worth winning, and deliberately ignoring the ones that are not.

From $349

AI Overviews visibility

Why Google’s AI answer cites your competitor and not you.

From $399

ChatGPT and Perplexity citations

Being named when someone asks an assistant to shortlist businesses like yours. See GEO services.

From $499

Entity and knowledge panel

Helping search engines understand who you are as a business, not just a pile of pages.

From $399

Audits and Second Opinions

Cheap, fast, and often the only thing you actually need.

Single page audit

One page, checked properly, with a short list of what to change first.

$49

Search Console triage

Your Search Console reports read by someone who knows which warnings matter and which to ignore.

$99

Competitor gap analysis

What the sites above you are doing that you are not.

From $199

One-off keyword research

A short list you can act on, ordered by what it is worth rather than by search volume.

From $199

Is my agency doing anything?

I read the reports, look at what actually changed on the site, and tell you plainly.

$99

How It Works

No slide decks. No discovery phase billed by the hour.

1. You tell me what you are seeing

The symptom is enough. “Pages will not index”, “traffic halved in March”, “Search Console is full of errors”. You do not need to have diagnosed it.

2. I look before quoting

Free, and usually within a day. Sometimes it turns out to be a different problem than you thought. Then I quote for that instead, or for nothing.

3. Fixed price, fixed turnaround

You get the price and the deadline before I start. Neither one moves unless you agree to change the job.

4. You get told what was actually wrong

Not a list of tasks. What the cause was, what I changed, and what to watch so it does not come back. If your own team can handle it next time, I will tell you that.

Common Questions

What if you cannot fix it?

Then you do not pay for the fix. If I quote a job and cannot deliver what I said, that is my problem rather than yours. It has happened, and it will happen again.

Do I have to sign up for anything ongoing?

No. These are one-off jobs and most clients buy exactly one. If ongoing work would genuinely serve you better I will say so once, and then leave it.

How do you know what is wrong before I pay?

Most of these leave a trail you can see from outside. What Search Console reports, what your pages return, how they load, what Google has kept. I look at that first. That is why the quote comes after, not before.

My problem is not on this list.

Tell me anyway. The list covers what comes up most, not everything. If it is outside what I do, I will say so rather than guess.

Will one fix actually move my rankings?

Sometimes a lot, if the broken thing was holding everything else back. Sometimes not at all, if it was never the real problem. I will tell you which one I expect before you pay, and I will not pretend to be sure.

Do you work on my platform?

WordPress, Shopify, Tilda, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Duda and most custom builds. Platform rarely changes the diagnosis, only the implementation.

Tell me what you are seeing

The symptom is enough. I will look for free and tell you whether it is a one-off fix or something bigger.
