Fiverr Level Demotion 2018
To Maintain the High quality on Fiverr, Fiverr has introduced a New Level Demotion system which has been implemented from 15th January 2018.
According to these New Rules, Your account can be demoted if you fail to maintain the Following Conditions within Last 60 Days.
- 90% Response Rate
- Order completion Rate
- On-time Delivery
- Rating
90% Response Rate
You need to respond to the 90% inquiries you will receive during last 60 days. Try to Be active and respond quickly when someone new asks for anything in your inbox.
Order Completion Rate
You need to complete the 90% orders, you have received in last 60 days. Let’s suppose you have received 10 orders in last 60 days and you have completed 9 of them. it means you have 90% completion rate. You can calculate it by Number of orders completed divided by Total number of Orders and multiply it by 100% to find out the percentage.
Tips to Maintain Competition Rate
- Don’t Take Orders which you think its difficult for you to complete.
- Write a clear description of your service so people can understand it before ordering.
- Don’t take Gigs which you think it may be difficult for you to handle.
On-time Delivery
You need to maintain 90% on-time delivery rate you have received in last 60 days. A lot of people failed to deliver the order on time which results in a decrease of On-time delivery. So you need to always deliver your order on time to maintain On-time delivery.
Tips to Maintain On-Time Delivery
- Make sure keep the delivery time on your Gig more than the required time to complete that service.
- If you failed to deliver on time, request for a time extension by going to Resolution center. You can select that by going on the order page.
Orders Rating
Make sure to maintain the rating above 4.8 for the orders you received in last 60 days. Provide quality service to make a sure Good rating.

Why My Fiverr Level Demoted?
If you fail to maintain the above requirements than your Fiverr Level will be demoted on each Fiverr level Evaluation. which will be held now 15th of each month.
My Fiverr Level Demoted – How to Recover it?
If your Fiverr Level has been demoted on 15th January you need to go to Selling>> Analytics and check the stats that what you need to do to maintain the Fiverr level or get back the next Level.
In red square, you can see written what you need to do to maintain your level and to achieve next level.
Fiverr Next Demotion
Fiverr the first demotion has been completed on 15th January and the next Fiverr evaluation will be done on 15th February So make sure to complete all the requirement before 15th February to keep your level secure.
Reminder: Check your Analytics to get information about orders. In Fiverr next evaluation your orders details from 15th December to 15th February will be checked.
